Greek Yogurt Parfait with Mixed Berries & Granola

By Steven Graham

Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastSnackHealthy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups Mixed berries
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions

1

Rinse the mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) under cool water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and cut them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

2

In a medium bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with honey until well combined. This adds a subtle sweetness to the yogurt.

3

In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of about half a cup of the honey-sweetened Greek yogurt at the bottom.

4

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Use about a third of the total berries for each layer.

5

Sprinkle a few chia seeds over the berry layer for added texture and nutrition.

6

Add a layer of granola on top of the berries and chia seeds. Use about a third of the cup for each layer.

7

Repeat this process to create two more layers of yogurt, berries, chia seeds, and granola.

8

Finish with a final sprinkle of granola and any remaining berries on the top.

9

Serve immediately to enjoy the parfait with a perfect balance of creamy, crunchy, and sweet flavors.
