BreakfastDessertHealthyQuick & Easy

Ingredients

  • 480 g Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 2 cups Mixed berries
  • 2/3 cup Granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

1

Prepare your ingredients. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. You can leave the strawberries whole or slice them, depending on your preference.

2

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined.

3

If using, sprinkle the chia seeds evenly across the bottom of two serving glasses or bowls.

4

Start layering the parfaits: Add about 80 g (or roughly half) of the yogurt mixture into each glass, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

5

Divide half the mixed berries (150 g) and add them on top of the yogurt in each glass, creating a vibrant berry layer.

6

Sprinkle a layer of granola (approximately 40 g) on top of the berries in each glass, ensuring an even spread.

7

Repeat the layers by adding the remaining yogurt, followed by the rest of the berries, and finishing with the remaining granola.

8

Drizzle the remaining honey on top of each parfait for added sweetness and a beautiful glossy finish.

9

Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy your delightful Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait.
