Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips, if not already done.
In a large frying pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced beef sirloin to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Remove the beef from the pan and set aside on a plate.
In the same pan, add the mixed stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the pan with the vegetables.
Add the soy sauce into the pan and stir well to combine everything. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat through and coat the beef and vegetables with sauce.
Serve the beef stir-fry over the cooked jasmine rice.
