Ingredients

  • 480 g Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2/3 cup Granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold running water. Drain them well and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined.

In serving glasses or bowls, start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.

Sprinkle some granola over the berry layer.

Repeat the layers: add another layer of yogurt, followed by berries, and then granola, until all ingredients are used up, ending with a sprinkle of granola on top.

Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of honey over the top layer of the parfait.

If desired, sprinkle chia seeds on top for extra nutrition and texture.
