Ingredients

  • 1 large Whole-wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz Sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 piece Avocado
  • 2 leaves Leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • to taste none Salt
  • to taste none Black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Set aside.

Chop the tomato and cucumber into small dices and put them in a separate bowl.

Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the tomato and cucumber mix. Toss gently to combine, creating a simple salad.

Next, slice the avocado into thin strips.

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the Greek yogurt mixture evenly across the center of the tortilla.

Layer the leaf lettuce onto the yogurt spread evenly.

Place the sliced turkey breast over the lettuce leaves.

Arrange the avocado slices on top of the turkey breast.

Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom to form a wrap.
