Ingredients

  • 120 g sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large whole-wheat wrap
  • 1/2 piece avocado
  • 2 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 medium tomato
  • 1/4 medium red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil and vinegar dressing
  • to taste n/a salt
  • to taste n/a black pepper

Instructions

Place the whole-wheat wrap on a clean flat surface like a cutting board or clean countertop.

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out half of the avocado. Thinly slice the avocado and set aside.

Wash and pat dry the lettuce leaves. Place them on the wrap covering the bottom surface.

Cut the tomato into thin slices and distribute evenly on top of the lettuce.

Thinly slice the red onion and layer a few rings on top of the tomato slices.

Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the vegetables on the wrap.

Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey and season with a little salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle the olive oil and vinegar dressing over the layered ingredients.

Carefully roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you roll. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half if desired.

Serve the wrap with additional mixed greens on the side if desired, adding extra olive oil and vinegar dressing as a salad dressing if you like.
