Ingredients

  • 120 g sliced turkey breast
  • 1 large whole-wheat wrap
  • 0.5 whole (~70 g) avocado
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 0.5 large tomato
  • 0.25 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil + vinegar dressing

Instructions

Rinse the lettuce, tomato, and red onion thoroughly. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

Slice the tomato into thin slices and the red onion into thin rings. Set aside.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it lightly with a fork. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread the mashed avocado over the whole-wheat wrap evenly.

Layer the sliced turkey breast on top of the avocado spread.

Add the slices of tomato, rings of red onion, and lettuce leaves on top of the turkey.

Drizzle a small amount of olive oil + vinegar dressing over the top.

Carefully roll the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep the filling inside. Slice the wrap in half diagonally.

On a serving plate, place the wrap halves.
