  • 1 item large whole-wheat tortilla
  • 4 oz sliced deli turkey breast (low-sodium)
  • 1/2 item ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 tbsp light mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 small apple (optional side)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the light mayo or Greek yogurt with the Dijon mustard. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste and stir to combine.

Lay the whole-wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface.

Spread the mayo-mustard mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the turkey slices over the mayo-mustard mixture.

Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey.

Evenly distribute the mixed salad greens and shredded carrot over the avocado.

Roll the tortilla tightly around the fillings to form a wrap. Slice the wrap diagonally if desired.
