DessertVeganGluten-FreeBreakfast

Ingredients

  • 35 g Chia seeds
  • 200 ml Almond milk
  • 75 g Mixed berries
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

1

In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds and almond milk. Stir well to avoid clumping.

2

Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

3

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.

4

Before serving, give the chia pudding a good stir. Scoop into serving bowls or glasses.

5

Top each serving with mixed berries. You can also drizzle a little extra maple syrup over the berries for additional sweetness, if desired.
