Total: 4 hours 10 minutes
DessertVeganGluten-FreeBreakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 100 g mixed berries
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions

1

In a medium-sized bowl or jar, add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds.

2

Pour 1 cup of almond milk into the bowl with the chia seeds.

3

Add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the mixture.

4

Add a pinch of salt (1/8 tsp) to enhance the flavors.

5

Stir the mixture well for about 1-2 minutes to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed and not clumped together.

6

Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator. Let it sit for at least 4 hours or overnight. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.

7

Before serving, gently stir the pudding again to ensure it's smooth.

8

Top the chia seed pudding with 100 grams of mixed berries.
