Total: 40 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Oil

Instructions

1

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep the fried chicken warm before serving.

2

Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create four thin pieces. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

3

Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.

4

Set up a dredging station: Place flour on a shallow plate. In another shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.

5

Dredge each piece of chicken first in the flour, shaking off any excess, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally back into the flour to coat completely.

6

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

7

Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

8

Transfer the fried chicken to a wire rack set over a baking sheet, and place it in the preheated oven to keep warm while frying remaining pieces.

9

Once all the pieces are fried, serve immediately with your favorite sides.
