Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2/3 cup nut-free granola (oats + seeds)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract until well combined.

Prepare two serving glasses or bowls. Begin layering by adding 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to each glass.

Divide the mixed berries evenly, and add half of them on top of the yogurt in each glass.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds over the berries in each glass.

Add another layer of yogurt, using another 1/4 cup for each glass.

Top with the remaining mixed berries, dividing them evenly between the two glasses.

Sprinkle the nut-free granola evenly over the berries in each glass.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over each parfait, if desired.
