  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (2%)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2/3 cup nut-free granola
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with vanilla extract until well combined for an added flavor boost.

Prepare four serving glasses or bowls for the parfaits.

Begin layering: Start by spooning a couple of tablespoons of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt (approximately 1/4 cup per serving).

Sprinkle a tablespoon of nut-free granola over the berries.

Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds on top of the granola.

Repeat the layers: add another layer of yogurt followed by berries, granola, and chia seeds.
