Cut the paneer into cube-sized pieces and set aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and fry them until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt. Add the 1/2 cup of tomato-based creamy masala sauce to the pan. Stir well.
Add the fried paneer cubes back into the pan with the sauce. Mix well to coat the paneer with the sauce.
Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi over the paneer and sauce. Stir to combine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Meanwhile, heat the whole-wheat naan on a skillet or directly on the flame for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until it is warm and slightly crispy.
Serve the Paneer Butter Masala hot with the warmed whole-wheat naan. Enjoy your meal!
