BreakfastSnackHealthyDessert

Ingredients

  • 800 g Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 400 g Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups Nut-free oat granola
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Stir until well mixed to create a smooth and slightly sweet yogurt base.

2

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

3

In a serving glass or bowl, start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture (approximately 1/4 cup).

4

Add a layer of mixed berries (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the yogurt.

5

Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of nut-free oat granola over the berries to add a crunchy texture.

6

Repeat the layering process by adding another layer of yogurt, followed by berries, and then granola. Continue until the glass is filled or you've reached the desired number of layers, ending with a layer of berries and a drizzle of the remaining honey or maple syrup on top.

7

Serve immediately as a refreshing breakfast or snack. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
