Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the roasted pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of rosemary.
Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Use half to season the pork and reserve the other half for the green beans.
Roast the pork in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until it's heated through. Keep an eye on it to ensure it does not dry out.
In a small skillet over medium heat, add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add the steamed green beans to the skillet with the garlic. Add the remaining 1/2 tsp of rosemary, then sauté for about 3-5 minutes until the beans are well-coated and heated through.
While the beans are cooking, heat the mashed sweet potato in the microwave or a small saucepan over low heat until warm.
To serve, place the roasted pork tenderloin on a plate next to the mashed sweet potato. Add the sautéed green beans on the side.
