Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 12 oz of pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a small cup of pasta water.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 3 cloves of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add the 2 cups of sautéed vegetables (mushrooms, spinach, and zucchini) to the skillet and stir until they are heated through.
Pour in 4 cups of tomato basil sauce. Stir to combine with the vegetables. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. If the sauce seems too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
Add the drained pasta to the skillet and gently toss it with the sauce and vegetables until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and serve the pasta in bowls. Top with 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves. Enjoy!
