Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastSnackDessertHealthy

Ingredients

  • 800 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 400 g mixed berries
  • 2 cups nut-free oat granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries under cold water, then pat dry with a paper towel. If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces similar in size to other berries.

2

In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and slightly sweetened.

3

Prepare four serving glasses or parfait bowls. Start by spooning a layer of the Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of each glass.

4

Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt in each glass, spreading them evenly.

5

Sprinkle a layer of nut-free oat granola over the berries in each glass.

6

Repeat the layers: Add another layer of Greek yogurt, followed by berries, and a final layer of granola on top.

7

If desired, drizzle a little extra honey or maple syrup on top of the granola for added sweetness.

8

Serve immediately as a healthy breakfast or snack option, or refrigerate and enjoy chilled.
