Total: 15 minutes
BreakfastSnackDessertHealthy

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 2 cups Mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water and drain them using a colander. Set aside to let them dry slightly.

2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of honey. Stir well until the honey is fully incorporated and the yogurt has a smooth consistency.

3

Take four serving glasses or bowls ready for layering the parfait. Begin by adding a layer of the Greek yogurt mixture to each glass (about 1/4 cup in each).

4

Add a layer of mixed berries over the Greek yogurt in each glass, using approximately 1/4 cup of berries for each layer.

5

Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries in each glass (about 2 tablespoons per glass).

6

Repeat the layering process once more: another layer of Greek yogurt, followed by berries, and then granola. Ensure each glass has even layers.

7

Drizzle the remaining honey over the top layer of granola for added sweetness. You can use a spoon to ensure an even drizzle.

8

Serve the parfaits immediately, or chill them in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before serving for a cooler dessert option.
