Ingredients

  • 800 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 300 g mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 120 g nut-free oat & sunflower-seed granola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste pieces mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with the vanilla extract until well combined.

In each serving glass or bowl, layer 1/4 of the granola (about 30 g per serving) as the base layer.

Add a layer of Greek yogurt (approximately 200 g per serving) over the granola.

Scatter a portion of mixed berries (about 75 g per serving) over the yogurt layer.

Drizzle 1/2 tbsp of honey over the berries in each serving.

Add another layer of yogurt (remaining from the 200 g per serving) if desired for additional height and creaminess.

Top with a second portion of granola and berries to finish the parfait.

Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch and serve immediately.
