Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
In a small bowl, mix the chopped garlic, olive oil, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Stir to combine into a paste.
Place the pork loin on a baking dish or roasting pan. Rub the garlic and herb mixture all over the pork loin, ensuring it is evenly coated.
Place the coated pork loin into the preheated oven.
Roast the pork loin for about 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Once cooked, remove the pork loin from the oven and let it rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
Slice the pork loin and serve. Enjoy your roasted pork loin with garlic and herbs!
