  • 345 g Lean ground turkey
  • 240 g Whole-wheat spaghetti
  • 375 g Marinara sauce
  • 15 g Parmesan cheese
  • 60 g Bread crumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2

In a large bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Shape the mixture into 12 evenly-sized meatballs and set aside.

Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs in the skillet. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked.

7

Remove the skillet from the oven and stir the meatballs in the sauce. Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked spaghetti.

8

Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
