  • 2 oz dry whole-wheat spaghetti
  • 4 count turkey meatballs
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup steamed green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • to taste N/A salt
  • to taste N/A black pepper

Instructions

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the whole-wheat spaghetti and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-9 minutes until al dente. Drain the spaghetti and set aside.

While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add the turkey meatballs to the skillet and cook them, turning occasionally, until they are heated through and lightly browned, about 6-7 minutes.

Pour in the marinara sauce with the meatballs in the skillet. Stir well to coat the meatballs. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce is heated through.

Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the turkey meatballs and marinara sauce. Toss everything together to combine.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
