  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup sliced bananas
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.

Stir the mixture well to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed and start absorbing the liquid.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into a mason jar with a lid.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 8 hours or overnight to allow the oats and chia to fully absorb the liquid.

In the morning, give the mixture a good stir to ensure everything is combined evenly.
