Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. It usually takes about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the grilled chicken slices to the pan and heat for about 3 minutes until warmed through.
Reduce the heat to low and add the Alfredo sauce to the pan with the chicken. Stir to coat the chicken evenly.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the pan and toss with the chicken and Alfredo sauce until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and continue to cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Chop the parsley and sprinkle over the pasta. Serve hot.
