Ingredients

  • 800 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 300 g mixed berries
  • 120 g nut-free oat & sunflower-seed granola
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful optional mint leaves

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of honey until well combined.

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.

In a serving glass or bowl, add a layer of the Greek yogurt mixture to the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, spreading them evenly.

Sprinkle a layer of nut-free oat & sunflower-seed granola on top of the berries.

Repeat the layers until you have used up all the ingredients, finishing with a layer of berries and a drizzle of the remaining honey on top.

Optionally, garnish with mint leaves for a fresh touch.
