In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure all seeds are immersed and not clumped together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results, to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.
Once the chia pudding is set, stir it well to break up any clumps and ensure a uniform texture.
Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls or glasses. Top with fresh fruits of your choice, such as berries, sliced kiwi, or banana.
Serve immediately, or refrigerate for another 20 minutes if you prefer a cooler dessert.
