  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of gluten-free rolled oats, 4 cups of unsweetened almond milk, and 4 tablespoons of chia seeds.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat to low and let it cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and the mixture has thickened.

Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup to the oatmeal and stir well to combine.

Evenly divide the cooked oatmeal into 4 serving bowls. Each bowl should be topped with 1/2 cup of mixed berries.

Sprinkle walnuts evenly over each bowl, using a total of 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts for all servings.
