  • 200 ml unsweetened soy milk
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 15 g almond butter
  • 80 g banana
  • 60 g mixed berries
  • 30 g plain soy yogurt

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and unsweetened soy milk. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Add the almond butter to the oat and chia mixture. Stir until the almond butter is fully incorporated.

Slice the banana into thin slices and add it to the mixture, along with the mixed berries. Stir gently to combine.

Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator. Allow it to soak overnight or for at least 6 hours.

In the morning, or when you're ready to serve, give the oat mixture a good stir to ensure everything is well mixed.
