  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free granola

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until a thick, pudding-like consistency is formed.
