Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips.
Mince the garlic and finely chop the onion.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the chicken strips to the skillet, and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano.
Cook the chicken for about 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the cooked chicken, cover the skillet, and let the cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.
Drizzle lemon juice over the cheesy chicken and serve hot.
