Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries, about 1/4-inch thick.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Spread the sweet potato fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
While the fries are baking, reheat the pulled pork in a microwave or stovetop until warm.
Once the pork is warm, combine it with BBQ sauce in a saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sauce is well incorporated and heated through.
Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly in a skillet or toaster until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders by placing a generous scoop of the BBQ pulled pork onto the bottom half of each slider bun.
Add a spoonful of the coleslaw on top of the pulled pork, then cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve the sliders warm alongside the crispy sweet potato fries.
