  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Stir well to ensure that the oats are fully soaked.

Add the almond butter and mix thoroughly. Ensure that the almond butter is evenly distributed through the oats and milk mixture.

Slice the banana and add it to the jar. You may also reserve a few slices for garnishing before serving.

Add the maple syrup (if using) and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir everything together for an even mixture.

Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 6 hours until the oats are softened.
