Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk or plant milk
  • 1 small sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk or plant milk. Stir well to ensure the oats are fully submerged in the liquid.

Slice the banana and add it to the mixture.

Add the almond butter to the jar and drizzle over the oats and banana mixture.

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey. Mix all the ingredients well.

Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.

Place the jar or bowl in the refrigerator and allow it to sit overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
