  • 2 medium (1 red, 1 green) peppers
  • 300 g pasta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

1

Start by slicing the beef into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.

2

Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the potatoes until just tender. Drain and set aside.

3

Peel and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic. Slice the red and green peppers into thin strips.

4

Bring another pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
