Start by slicing the beef into thin strips. Season with salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the potatoes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
Peel and finely chop the onion. Mince the garlic. Slice the red and green peppers into thin strips.
Bring another pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the beef strips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil and the butter. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add the sliced peppers to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they are softened.
Stir in the cooked potatoes, beef strips, and drained pasta. Season with dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and cook for another 3-4 minutes to let the flavors combine.
Serve the pasta medley hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
