  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup Granola
  • 2 tablespoons Honey (optional)

Instructions

Begin by washing the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water. Let them drain in a colander or pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a medium-sized serving bowl or two small individual bowls, evenly divide and scoop the Greek yogurt.

Sprinkle the mixed berries over the yogurt, dividing them evenly between the bowls if serving individually.

Add a layer of granola on top of the berries. Again, divide the granola evenly between the servings if needed.

If using honey, drizzle about 1 tablespoon over each serving for added sweetness.

Serve immediately or refrigerate the bowls for a quick breakfast or snack later.
