Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour half of the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it's fully coated. Reserve the remaining marinade for brushing during grilling.
Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the broccoli by tossing the florets with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the marinated chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Brush occasionally with the reserved marinade.
At the same time, grill the broccoli florets by arranging them in a grilling basket or on a sheet of aluminum foil. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
Remove the chicken and broccoli from the grill. Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.
Serve the grilled chicken sliced alongside the grilled broccoli, optionally garnishing with some extra lemon juice or herbs if desired.
