Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the bacon back to the skillet along with beef broth, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Simmer until thickened.
In a separate bowl, mix ground beef with salt, black pepper, and onion powder.
Form the beef mixture into patties and cook until desired doneness.
Assemble the eggrolls with bacon jam and beef, then fry or bake until golden brown.
