Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Total: 30 minutes
DinnerQuick & EasyMain Course

Ingredients

  • 500 g beef sirloin
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions

1

Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized cubes, about 1.5 cm each. Pat the cubes dry with a paper towel to ensure good searing.

2

Season the beef cubes generously with salt and pepper, making sure all sides are evenly coated.

3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

4

Add the beef cubes to the skillet in a single layer (work in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding) and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking.

5

Once the beef is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.

6

Lower the heat to medium. Add the unsalted butter to the same skillet. Once it's melted, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

7

Return the beef to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter to coat evenly.

8

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak bites and stir well to combine.

9

Serve the garlic butter steak bites warm, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
