Cut the beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the seasoned beef cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked to your liking.
Remove the beef cubes from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter. Allow it to melt.
Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Return the beef cubes to the skillet and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter. Cook for an additional minute.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
