Slice the grilled chicken breast into thin strips.
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves.
In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and Caesar dressing. Toss until everything is well-coated.
Warm the whole-wheat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until soft and pliable.
Lay each tortilla on a flat surface. Divide the chicken and salad mixture evenly between the two tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Parmesan on top of the filling in each wrap.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Optionally, drizzle olive oil lightly over the wraps for extra flavor.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste before serving.
