Start by marinating the chicken breasts. In a bowl, combine olive oil, juice of one lemon, minced garlic cloves, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken breasts on the pan. Grill each side for about 6-7 minutes or until fully cooked and have nice grill marks.
Remove the chicken from the grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.
While the chicken is resting, in a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and the Caesar dressing. Toss until everything is well coated.
Lay a whole wheat tortilla flat and spread a small amount of the dressed lettuce mixture in the center. Add some chicken strips on top.
Gently fold over one side of the tortilla, then the opposing side, and finally roll it from the bottom to secure the wrap.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.
Serve the wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil or parchment paper for easy transport. Enjoy your Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap!
