Ingredients

  • 200 g Plain Greek yogurt
  • 100 g Mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 25 g Crunchy granola
  • 15 g Raw almonds, toasted
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

1

Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cool running water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

2

Toast the raw almonds in a dry pan over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until they are golden and aromatic. Allow them to cool slightly, then chop them coarsely.

3

In a small mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with a pinch of cinnamon (if using) and stir until well mixed.

4

In a serving glass or bowl, start by layering a tablespoon of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt, distributing them evenly.

6

Drizzle a small amount of honey (about 1/3 of the tablespoon) over the berries.

7

Sprinkle a layer of crunchy granola over the berries.

8

Repeat the layers of yogurt, berries, honey, and granola until all the ingredients are used, creating a visually appealing layered effect.

9
