Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup Granola
  • 1/4 cup Toasted sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of honey until smooth and well combined.

Rinse the mixed berries gently under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a serving glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom.

Add 2 tablespoons of granola on top of the yogurt layer, followed by a handful (approximately 1/4 cup) of mixed berries.

Drizzle a small amount of honey (about 1 teaspoon) over the berries.

Sprinkle a small amount of chia seeds (if using) and some toasted sliced almonds on top.

Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with a top layer of berries drizzled with honey, a final sprinkle of chia seeds, and almonds.

Serve immediately as a fresh and delicious breakfast or snack.
