In a tall glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt (85 g) as the first layer.
Add half of the mixed berries (25 g) evenly over the yogurt.
Sprinkle half of the granola (15 g) on top of the berries to create the third layer.
Drizzle half of the honey (7.5 g) over the granola layer.
Sprinkle half of the chopped almonds (5 g) on top as the fifth layer.
Repeat the above layers with the remaining yogurt (85 g), berries (25 g), granola (15 g), honey (7.5 g), and almonds (5 g).
Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait with Almonds & Honey!
