  • 200 g Mixed berries
  • 60 g Granola
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 20 g Whole almonds (toasted)

Instructions

Gather all the ingredients and ensure the mixed berries are washed and dried.

In a medium mixing bowl, gently toss the mixed berries to combine them evenly.

Take two serving glasses or bowls and place a layer of Greek yogurt (about 170 g or half of the total yogurt) in the bottom of each.

Evenly divide half of the granola (30 g) over the layer of yogurt in both servings.

Spoon half of the mixed berries (100 g) over the granola in both glasses, spreading them evenly.

Add another layer of yogurt on top of the berries in both servings, using the remaining 170 g of yogurt (85 g per serving).

Sprinkle the remaining granola (30 g) over the top layer of yogurt in both glasses.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over each parfait.

Garnish with toasted whole almonds (10 g per serving) on top of each glass.
