Wash and pat dry all the berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries). If using strawberries, hull and slice them into smaller pieces.
In a medium-sized glass or bowl, add a layer of 1/3 cup of plain Greek yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries (approximately 1/3 cup) over the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the berries.
Repeat the layers by adding another 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt, followed by another 1/3 cup of berries, and then the remaining granola.
Drizzle honey evenly over the top layer of granola.
Sprinkle the chopped walnuts or almonds on top as the final garnish.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving for a chilled parfait.
