  • 1 piece whole-grain tortilla (large)
  • 4 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 piece avocado
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 piece small tomato
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste - salt
  • to taste - black pepper

Instructions

Lay the whole-grain tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.

In a small bowl, mix the light mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) with Dijon mustard until smooth.

Spread the mayonnaise mustard mixture evenly over the tortilla.

Layer the sliced turkey breast over the bottom half of the tortilla.

Peel and slice the avocado, arranging the slices over the turkey layer.

Place the mixed salad greens evenly on top of the avocado.

Slice the small tomato and arrange slices over the greens.

Season the filling lightly with salt and pepper to taste.

Roll the tortilla tightly, starting from the bottom, to form a wrap. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to make a simple dressing.
