  • 1 cup mixed salad greens

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Lay the whole-grain tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.

In a small bowl, mix the light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with the Dijon mustard.

Spread the mayonnaise-Dijon mixture evenly over the surface of the tortilla.

Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the tortilla.
