Ingredients

  • 1 piece whole-grain tortilla (large)
  • 100 g sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 piece avocado
  • 1 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 piece small tomato
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • to taste - Salt
  • to taste - Black pepper

Instructions

In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Mix well to create a spread.

Lay the whole-grain tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture evenly over the tortilla.

Layer the sliced turkey breast evenly over the tortilla, covering the spread.

Slice the 1/2 avocado thinly and layer it over the turkey.

Add the sliced tomato on top of the avocado layers.

Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper to enhance flavor.

Top with a handful of mixed salad greens.

Carefully roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap. Cut the wrap in half for easier handling.

In a separate bowl, combine the remaining mixed salad greens with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Toss gently to coat.
